Over it's History the Pack has seen various Incarnations. The first group entered the 3WA in an attempt to take down newcomer Jason Reubens. There were six members; Brian Cruise, Butcher Cole, Hyde, Maestro, Marcus Jax, and Miss Alicia. Failing in their attempt to destroy Jason Reubens, the group soon drifted apart and left the 3WA, all except for Hyde.

The second incarnation of the group numbered only three members; Robert Lunde, Kyko, and Split Second. The group formed after the dissolution of the second Upper Echelon group, but they were together a very short time as Split Second and Kyko turned on Lunde, saying that he was holding them back.

The third incarnation of the group was Brian Cruise, Butcher Cole, Hyde, Marcus Jax and Robert Lunde, as well as a mysterious backer. The group seemed marred with problems and in fighting. Hyde and Cruise did not get along. Butcher Cole was an outcast, and Marcus Jax was considered a joke. A few weeks before Reunion things apppeared to come to a head, as Butcher Cole came to the aid of the Pack's enemies, Raikenza Graphitti and Raykwanza Senario. At reunion Cole teamed with Raykwanza against his former stablemates Brian Cruise and Marcus Jax in a tag team strap match. It was revealed to be a ruse as Cole attacked Senario during the match to rejoin the pack.

On the July 30th episode of Smash, it was revealed that all of the infighting and mistrust that appeared to be going on within the Pack was a ruse. The group revealed themselves to be behind various disappearances of SuperStars, taunting of others, and trying to cause mistrust between other groups, namely Juggernaut ENT and Graphitti and Senario. The Backer was revealed to be Hyde's original manager, The Voice. The group them turned on mentor Robert Lunde, banishing him from the group. It was then revealed that the Pack's goal is to take down the WccW, starting with the new breed of SuperStars.
